Cancellation Policy
Once API credits or subscriptions are purchased on DataFusion, they are immediately available for use. Since data access is instant and digital, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Refund Policy
No Refunds: All purchases made on DataFusion are non-refundable. We strongly recommend testing the platform with trial credits or sample API requests before making larger purchases.
Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate billing or verified technical issues that prevent access to purchased credits. Requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase.
